Shipping & Returns

We hope you will be jumping for jolly joy when your package from Queen K arrives and you have it unwrapped. In the event something is not right please contact us as early as possible at hi@queenk.com.au so we can sort out any issues you might have. We are here to help. Lampshades

Please choose carefully! As our lampshades are made for you on order they are not eligible for a change of mind exchange or refund.  All our lampshades are inspected and photographed on completion to ensure there are no faults. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty lampshade please contact us within 3 days with images to discuss options. If your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately with images of the lampshade and the box/packaging so we can arrange a new lampshade to be made or a refund.

Cushions 

Cushions that are in stock on our website are eligible for an exchange or refund. All items returned must be in original condition with no marks, soiling,damage and with tags attached. Return postage is the responsibilty of the customer (you) to pay. We would advise returning any items with insurance in case of any loss. In the unlikely event that your cushion(s) arrive damaged please contact us immediately with images to discuss options. 

Bespoke

Any lampshades or cushions made Bespoke are not eligible for a change of mind exchange or refund. All our lampshades and cushions are inspected and photographed on completion to ensure there are no faults. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty lampshade please contact us within 3 days with images to discuss options. If your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately with images of the lampshade and the box/packaging so we can arrange a new lampshade to be made or a refund.
